Are you watching Strictly Come Dancing? Do you think Ed Balls can go all the way?
This year’s BBC1 show has certainly been an entertaining one, with the former Labour politician defying the odds to make it through to the later stages of the competition. The bookies now make the fleet-footed Norwich City fan the third favourite for the title behind Danny Mac and Louise Redknapp.
Dancing is certainly a great way to have fun and keep fit, no matter what age you are. From ballet to ballroom, all tastes can be catered for. So what can you do in and around Oakley Vale and Corby?
There’s a great opportunity for local dancers aged 16 and over at the Core at Corby Cube in May 2017 as part of the ‘Our Woods’ finale event – https://www.thecorecorby.com/whats-on/our-woods/
They will be guided by acclaimed choreographer Neil Paris, international sound and light artist Kurt Laurenz Theinert and jazz singer/songwriter Barb Jungr with Corby’s own Deep Roots Tall Trees Choir and Musicians.
