Happy Friday everyone!
We hope you all had a great long Easter weekend – the weather was a bit hit and miss at times but I’m sure it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits! We hope you’ve enjoyed this short week too and that you’re ready for the weekend once more.
Before we get onto our main reminder for this week, don’t forget our Photo Competition is live once more – and you have a chance of winning £50! We’re well into Springtime in Oakley Vale, which is our theme for this latest competition.
So whether it’s baby lambs on the fields, daffodils blooming in the sun, or a fun day out you’ve had locally – take a snap and submit it on our Photo Competition page! Or by sending to our Facebook or Twitter page.
Have your say on Corby policing
Corby police are encouraging the public to have their say on Corby’s policing priorities for 2018! Last year, as a result of requests and feedback, the police force worked with Northants Fire and Rescue Service to raise awareness in Oakley Vale around parking and speeding.
Given recent concerns that have been raised both to us and others, perhaps the speeding that often takes place on Butland Road could be a focus of the police’s attention this year? What do you think?
If you want to have your say, then fill in this survey – www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/87NGF5Y.
What’s On?
