This August, we’re inviting Oakley Vale residents, visitors, professional photographers or amateurs to share snaps of their summer moments in and around Corby with us for our Photo Competition.
It’s the peak of summer when the town comes alive with lots of events (which we’ll be sharing in this month’s blog) and plenty of opportunities to capture those special times in this vibrant town.
Capture your Summer Moments in Corby
There’s something about the sticky, sweet air of summer that brings a sense of freedom. Though we’re coming to the end of those hazy, lazy days, there’s still time to shoot those bustling streets and green parks around Corby this summer.
Whether you spot a glorious sunset over one of Corby’s beautiful lakes (more on this later), or you shot a candid of your friends or family, this is your chance to showcase your creativity and win £50!

Fundraiser for Sebastian
Support six-year-old Sebastian as a community by joining a charity fundraising event at Serbian Orthodox Memorial Hall on 12 August 2023 from 7 pm.
Sebastian has Neuroblastoma, a vicious childhood cancer. His family is leaning on the community to help raise vital funds for his treatment.
