Happy Friday! It’s time for another weekly blog and it’s an exciting one this week.
Firstly a big thanks to all those who have voted in our Picture of the Month competition for June. The submissions were wonderful and any one of the could be a winner! We will be announcing the photo with the most votes tomorrow (Sat) – when we will also update our social media with the winner.
If you have a submission for the July competition then start sending them in over the weekend! We can’t wait to see what pics we get!
We want to say good luck to Lakeland Hospice who are holding their Lakeland in Need dance night at The Raven Hall. You can find out more on their website.
Finally here are some events to look forward to coming up in July:
Corby Carnival – Saturday 8th July – The Corby Carnival returns this year. Keep an eye out for another day of fun and festivities!
Highland Gathering – Sunday 9th July – Join the Highland gang next weekend for pipe band competitions, solo piping competitions, craft stalls, displays and funfairs!
Summer Fete – Sunday 16th July – Lakeland Hopsice – Join the Lakeland Hospice for baked goods, tombola, craft stalls, bouncy castles, crazy golf, archery and dance displays at their Summer Fete. Bring family and friends and enjoy a fun filled afternoon!
