You will have seen this week from our social media the suitably spooky Halloween opening of Oakley Rise’s new show home. The show home gives prospective new buyers the opportunity to experience a ‘real life’ version of their new home and includes features such as family rooms, open plan living areas, luxury dining together, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Its great to be able to see a new chapter of this community unfolding!

Bonfire Night
Now that Halloween is behind us, the next stop on our calendar before Christmas is of course Bonfire Night! As always Corby Borough Council will be putting on a fantastic bonfire and fireworks display and will be getting a helping hand from Made In Corby who are introducing some creative elements to the night. Here’s how the night will unfold:
6.30pm – Procession assembles at the Swimming Pool Car Park
6.45pm – Procession moves from the car park to the bonfire led by a piper
7.00pm – The 2017 Corby Borough Council bonfire is lit
7.30pm – Fireworks Display starts

The Snow Dragon @ Corby Cube – Sat 4th Nov – Billy has everything a young goat could need – and more besides. On New Year’s Eve, Billy is looking forward to the annual visit of the legendary Snow Dragon, who will bring him even more goodies… – Buy tickets here.
Eddie Reader Live @ Corby Cube – Thurs 9th Nov – After becoming a sought-after session vocalist and touring with the likes of Eurythmics, Eddi Reader found fame with the popular and much missed Fairground Attraction. The single Perfect and album First Of A Million Kisses both topped the charts. She visits Corby for a sure to be fantastic performance. Get tickets here.
Corby Campus Open Evening – Tue 14th Nov – Whether you have decided on a course, or are just investigating your options, Corby Campus Open Days provide an ideal opportunity for you to see exactly what Tresham College has to offer. Remember to pre-register your place to beat the queues. .
