In today’s blog we have an exciting announcement… the winner of the Oakley Vale photo competition!
The winner!
So it was a close draw and there were many brilliant entries but there can only be one winner and that is… Paul Balmer! Huge congratulations to Paul for perfectly capturing the Oakley Vale sculpture on a lovely sunny day where there is not a cloud in sight.
The sculpture pictured was created by the artist Richard Janes with the help of the community. If you’re interested in finding out more visit: https://www.madeincorby.co.uk/2017/03/10/oakley-vale-sculptures-story-far/.
Paul Bramer will receive his £50 prize money and £50 will also be donated to the Oakley Vale Community Association.
What’s the next theme?
If you want to be in with a chance of winning the £50 prize fund and be crowned the next winner of the Oakley Vale photo competition pay attention!
The next photo competition is ‘Homes of Oakley Vale’. For this competition we are looking for photos of your gardens, homes gleaming in the sun (when it comes out!), or anything you feel fits the theme- be as imaginative as you wish!
We look forward to seeing all your entries!
